Cancellation Policy


We understand that plans can change, and unforeseen circumstances may arise. To ensure transparency and provide clarity on our cancellation policy, please review the following terms:

1. Cancellation by the Client:

  • 25% cancellation of the package cost after Conformation.
  • 50% cancellation of the package cost before 15 days of arrival date.
  • 75% cancellation of the package cost before 07 days of arrival date.

2. Cancellation by Time to Tour:

  • In the unlikely event that Time to Tour needs to cancel the travel package, a full refund will be issued to the client.
  • Time to Tour reserves the right to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to insufficient bookings or external factors beyond our control.

3. Refund Process:

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 Working days after receiving a cancellation request in writing.
  • All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

4. Modifications and Postponements:

  • Clients may request modifications to the travel package, such as changing travel dates or substituting participants, subject to availability and additional costs.
  • Requests for postponements will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to fees.

5. No-Show:

  • Failure to arrive at the designated departure point on the scheduled date without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be provided.

6. Force Majeure:

  • Time to Tour is not liable for cancellations or modifications due to unforeseen events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions.

 

By booking a travel package with Time to Tour, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this cancellation policy.
