❌  GST of 5% to be paid over and above the tour price

❌  Air fare / train fare/Helicopter Tickets.

❌  Cost of Insurance

❌  Cost of Pre/Post tour hotel accommodation.

❌  Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeure circumstances during the tour

❌  Porterage (coolie charges), laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines & alcoholic beverages, mineral water, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set group menuEntry Not Included.

❌  Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency.

❌  Any services or activity charges other than those included in the group tour itinerary

❌  Any other item not specified in ‘Tour Includes’.

❌  Guide & Entrance fees during sightseeing

A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.

The remaining balance is due Two days before the travel date.

We understand that plans can change, and unforeseen circumstances may arise. To ensure transparency and provide clarity on our cancellation policy, please review the following terms:

1. Cancellation by the Client:

• 25% cancellation of the package cost after Conformation.
• 50% cancellation of the package cost before 15 days of arrival date.
• 75% cancellation of the package cost before 07 days of arrival date.

2. Cancellation by Time to Tour:

• In the unlikely event that Time to Tour needs to cancel the travel package, a full refund will be issued to the client.
• Time to Tour reserves the right to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to insufficient bookings or external factors beyond our control.

3. Refund Process:

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 Working days after receiving a cancellation request in writing.
• All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

4. Modifications and Postponements:

• Clients may request modifications to the travel package, such as changing travel dates or substituting participants, subject to availability and additional costs.
• Requests for postponements will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to fees.

5. No-Show:

• Failure to arrive at the designated departure point on the scheduled date without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be provided.

6. Force Majeure:

• Time to Tour is not liable for cancellations or modifications due to unforeseen events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions.

By booking a travel package with Time to Tour, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this cancellation policy.

📌  As everyone is becoming a frequent traveller now, we suggest that you make your own travel accessories kit to ensure a stress free holiday.

📌  Always make sure to carry less and light luggage, use a four wheel small or medium suitcase and please make sure that you are carrying only one suitcase per person. This will ensure that you will travel smartly and without any inconveniences.

📌  It is also recommended that you have one cross shoulder bag or haversack for your handy needs which will ensure that you are comfortable at the time of sightseeing and also easy for photography during your tour.

📌  A smart cap/hat and sunglasses are definitely something that you should have in your kit.

📌  If you are travelling during the monsoon or to destinations where it is rainy, please carry a small umbrella or poncho.

📌  For international tours, please carry a universal adapter for charging your cameras and mobile phones.

📌  Ensure that your clothing and footwear is suitable for the destination you are travelling to.
